For 21 years, Tiger Contracting has been turning raw ground into finished, build-ready sites across Central Florida.
Founded and headquartered in Lakeland, we are a site development contractor built around a simple idea: the fewer hands a project passes through, the better it gets built. We self-perform the complete scope of site work — clearing and mass grading, underground utilities, fire line installation, storm water management, site concrete, and paving — which means our clients deal with one team, one schedule, and one point of accountability from the first cut to final stripe.
That approach has made us a trusted partner on industrial and distribution facilities, residential subdivisions, multi-family communities, retail centers, and commercial developments throughout Polk County and the surrounding region. Our crews, equipment, and project management are all in-house, so when a schedule tightens or a condition changes in the field, we adjust without waiting on anyone else.
