Justin Bolding is a seasoned construction executive and licensed general contractor in both Florida and the U.S. Virgin Islands, with a proven track record of excellence in industrial development. A graduate of the University of Florida’s prestigious M.E. Rinker, Sr. School of Building Construction, Justin earned his Bachelor of Science in Building Construction, graduating cum laude and laying a strong academic foundation for what would become a remarkable career.

Throughout his career, Justin has directly managed and overseen more than $750 million in vertical construction and site development, spanning a diverse portfolio of complex industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects. His leadership is defined by a meticulous attention to detail, a deep understanding of every phase of the construction lifecycle, from conceptual planning and design coordination to procurement, field execution, and final closeout, and an unwavering commitment to delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
