Howard Bayless

Howard Bayless is a construction executive and licensed general contractor in Florida with nearly four decades of experience in civil and site development work across the Southeastern United States. A graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Building Science, Howard started in the industry in 1985 as a project manager and has spent his career close to the work.

His background is rooted in earthwork, site development, underground utilities, and paving, with over $1 billion in project volume over the course of his career. Today he serves as Principal and CEO of Tiger Contracting 2.0.

Howard’s approach is straightforward — do right by the client, put the relationship ahead of the profit, and pay the upfront price for doing things correctly. It’s a philosophy that has guided every project he’s been a part of and every team he’s worked with.
