Allen W. Dye serves as Senior Estimator at Tiger Contracting, bringing more than 13 years of experience in heavy civil construction and site development across Florida and the Southeast. He holds MSHA and OSHA certifications as well as a Florida Underground Utility Contractor certification, and specializes in earthwork, underground utilities, grading, stormwater systems, and commercial sitework estimating.

Allen’s expertise spans the full scope of preconstruction services, including quantity takeoffs, conceptual budgeting, competitive bid preparation, value engineering, and project cost analysis for large-scale civil and infrastructure projects. His background covers complex commercial developments, utility installations, roadway improvements, land clearing, and mass grading operations, with a consistent focus on accuracy, constructability, and client collaboration.
